Pricing
- Window cleaning usually comes out to be around $100 per 1000 sq ft. However it can be more depending on access difficulties and degree of dirtiness (post-construction can be up to 50% more). French pane style windows will double that cost average. Also you can opt to clean just the outside or main areas of your home or business for a price discount (outside only is 60% of the total price).
- Screens, tracks, frames - $3.50 per screen normal size and $2.00 for small. If you wish to remove or replace the screens yourself I'm fine with it - but there is no discount. Tracks and frames are an additional 25% of the window cleaning price.
- Roof and gutter cleaning is priced by size and amount of debris/moss on the structure. An average price without moss removal for about a 2000 sq ft home is $175 for labor. Moss is hand swept in order to not damage the roofing tiles, and usually is an additional $50 to $150 (or more) depending on amount and thickness.
- Moss treatment is based on how much surface area is affected and usually runs between $40 (minimum) up to $150 (or more in very bad cases) for the zinc sulfate product.
- Zinc strips can be installed for $85 for 50 foot section (including materials).
- Exterior gutter face scrubbing - roughly same price as the roof and gutters.
- Reattaching gutters - $30 per 5 foot section
- Caulking leaking gutter seams and blocking off bird nesting zones - $42.50 per leak/zone with $10 product fee.
- Downspout strainers are highly recommended to avoid possible expensive below ground blockages I charge $10 a piece to install them.
- Interior glass doors, mirrors and cabinets - must be bid in person unless you can send me photos.
- There is an $85 minimum job fee for all services.
